Our team can provide personalized care consisting of personal hygiene activities, transportation, medication monitoring, meal service, entertainment, and housekeeping.

Seniors who move into Assisted Living at Wellsprings of Westmoreland can enjoy a life rich in genuine friendships and fun activities. Residents are encouraged to fill their time pursuing their passions, enjoying their hobbies, or participating in a number of activities including, cooking, crafts, outings to stores, fishing, visiting nearby attractions, eating out, or enjoying barbecues and parties held at Wellsprings.
Every meal is prepared by our experienced kitchen staff that is managed by our professional and certified Dietary Manager. Meals are served straight to residents in an attractive, shared dining room. Residents have a voice in determining dining preferences at Wellsprings where exceptional quality food and service is always the goal.
Housekeeping and Laundry is offered by staff with additional fees.
The dedicated staff of Wellsprings is composed of licensed nurses, certified nurse aides, and certified medication aides.
They attend training classes ranging from resident rights, individuality, and autonomy to dignity, choice, privacy, and home environment. The Wellsprings staff works with honesty, dignity and respect for all.
Wellsprings of Westmoreland offers eleven apartments varying in size and price. There are three studio apartments, seven one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has carpeting in the living room, bedroom, and walk-in closet, with seamless vinyl flooring in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The bathrooms are handicapped accessible with pocket doors. There is a built-in medicine cabinet and storage closet for linens. The walk-in showers have a fold-down chair, a shower wand, and provided shower curtain. Apartments have a spacious bay window overlooking the beautiful country landscape.
